Free Paint Program I use for banners

Hi - just want to let you know about a Free Paint Program I use for banners - PhoXo.
It's easy to use, has layers and is much easier to drive than Photoshop.

Nice - I use ulead photoimpact 11 it works good. I also got a Corel Paintshop pro x5. Neither are free but cheap. If your just starting out you can get the just outdated versions for cheap. And they work for light jobs. Sometimes you can save money buy getting the old version and upgrading over buying the new version. Just some extra ideas.

I use Inkscape.
Can handle the buttons and banner quite well.
