for link exchanging, we do it ourself and it's better that a software, otherwise, the script or the link exchange stuff is detected by google, it's a bad and terrible thing, or maybe the site is killed.
can you explain how does software work? Did you detecte web master's email addresses and send email to them automatically? Can it sure to find sites which are relevent to us?
Please give us more details about this. because for me, I will not try softwares casually.
