I think quality of site rather than PR should be used as submission criteria but then again, each directory owner can select his own criteria

some PR5 sites on its way.

can someone explain what is PR5 PR4 if it's page ranking what does it have to do with quality ?

and why PR in the first place ?

does google , yahoo, msn give any prefference to a PR ??
