Hmm, I really don't understand what you are asking. Anybody can sign up for Facebook...simply create an account and profile at Facebook.com. It will take you a bit to get to know your way around there, but it's pretty simple once you start using it fairly regularly.

It is very simple to open an ads account with FB. Just open your personal account and go to your settings upright corner of your FB page.At the middle of the pop up menu you will find create ads and click on it. Then you will find FB official ads page. Give your details and credit card details then you will start getting traffic.
I heard that FB has many advertising guideline and account easy to block. I do not know how to start.can u give me some advice.I want to run game offers.
FB usually blocks spam and pornography pages and user account. If you run a game offer I think you will not block or if you pay FB your fans will increase in a short time. If you not want to spend on FB, Just open an account(should verified by phone number, without phone number your account can be blocked if you make little mistake) and create your game page/group and post your offers on your FB page/group all details and also your website and share your page/group links to other related pages/groups. ***Remember share your FB page/group link not you website link. You also can share your webpage but not more then 10. then you can run a FB account with out blocking.
