Any trick to have another facebook ads account cause mine is suspended and i cant recover it?

so i cannot use facebook ads anymore or i can make another facebook account with new cc gonna be correct

Try to get your account reinstated.
If that doesn't work, you will need to create a new facebook account with a new CC/paypal

When you get your new accounts set up, do not use the same tactics, methods, or strategies that caused you to be banned in the first place.
