Facebook Ads - Paying and getting bad ROI

I have set up a Facebook Ad campaign designed nice images used the right works installed the pixel to track conversions and I'm getting a really bad ROI what am i doing wrong can anybody help?

Is this all the info you can provide?

We don't know the payout of the offer, your CTR, your angles... etc.

How could we tell you how to improve if you just tell us you've launched and campaign on FB with bad ROI?
