Dr. Oz Email Spam Everyday!

I got this Dr. Oz email spam everyday!
Wah!
The email he bombarding is my private email that not available in public.
How did he do it?

Anyways, where can I report this email? to Stop this.
I don't want to click links in that mail.
It might contain virus.

There is, when I click it, it redirects to a url that is like encrypted like a thing and a 404 bad access site..

I never use that email for anything actually. It's like a hidden mail and get 2 mails from it daily.

I don't wanna click anymore link on that thing.

If the unsubscribe link doesn't work, then move all emails to the Spam (or Junk) folder.

From the Spam/Junk folder these emails should be removed automatically after a certain time,

and new inbox emails should be automatically marked as Spam from then on.

Then move the new inbox emails simply again to the Spam folder without opening them,

and you should get rid of The Wizard of Oz after a certain time.
