Does anyone use Site Build It?

Came across this product recently. Seems it is quite popular for building content sites and monetizing from them.

I don't use it, but one of my favorite bloggers highly recommends it (and he doesn't recommend a lot of stuff, he has blogged for years and has recommended less than a product per year he has blogged his review: Site Build-It
