Do you remove people who don't open?

So do you guys remove or move the people who don't open you emails into a new group all altogether delete them?

I tend to separate those who do and don't, however I only really remove unsubscribes as it costs just to have them on your list.

I never delete emails, just export them and place them in a file for later use. Not sure what the later use will be though.

i Just make separate coloums for all, and mails very less to lazy ones.
