Direct Affiliate Link?

I know most of the PPC ad network do not allow direct affiliate link. I have searched on the internet but couldn't figure out which ad networks are allowed direct affiliate link instead of squeeze page or landing page. Would you like to suggest me some networks?

Correct me if I am wrong, but BingAds does allow DL as long as there are no pop-ups or autoplay video's on the landing page.

I have already tested and talk to the customer support. They allowed direct link with no pop-up and no autoplay video but they also said sales page must not be too long. If sales page asked for email or any other personal information then they surly have a privacy policy.
