Different country filled up my offer

I've choose an offer that required leads from Australia. It's a name and email submit. What happened when someone in Spanish filled up the form?
Even the publisher also have a Spanish offer, so the offer page shows Spanish language.

Because I've plan to drive traffic from youtube.
