Detect & display mobile brand & model ?

Hey, my first thread here....

Does anyone know how to (or can point to a resource that can) detect a visitor's mobile brand and model, and then display that on the webpage? Is there some sort of script for this?

Thanks for replying Freddy, I have actually found the answer now by displaying voluum parameters via a script.
