Their company I believe is the 2nd one down, at least on my Google data center. It's called Erss Builder and there is a fee.

I think this could possibly be a good branding solution for some bigger advertisers.

You can build your own branded RSS Reader with help of the software called DeskbarBuilder. You should customize the text file to add your logo, menu etc.(the support center will help you with any questions). Then just launch Wizard - and your RSS Reader is ready.
