If a person wanted to place incentive reward/point system on their website, would this be possible?

For example: A website that sell things. Could the owner of the website place incentive offers on the site and reward points to users than the user can use the points at checkout.

Would doing something like this be possible?

Yes, you would use a GPT script or something similar - Or you could build something unique but a GPT script would do this no problems....Or some networks like AdWorkMedia have this in built!

Adworkmedia have this feature.
You can sell things for free actually because they only need to complete an offer.
