Does anyone in here have direct Coreg offers? I'm looking for pre-ping and post-ping for our internal survey/lead-gen sites.

Co-reg is not popular anymore. Most advertiser/brand offers don't permit this. The majority of co-reg comes from through incentivizing the traffic and that is typically not allowed anymore.

I recommend looking through our Resources area. There are many hundreds of networks there with their detailed information and may help you narrow down the field of those who may have what you are looking for.
