Cloaking Affiliated Link Question

Does cloaking an affiliated link make the offer not convert? What's the difference between cloaking and frame and 301 ect? Let's say I want to cloak this link: http://lnkgo.com/29lO
This is the output: freestarbucks25.tk
Am I doing this correctly? Seems like I cloaked it wrong because when I visit the original site on a mobile device, the layout is different. Please help me, what should I do?

Yes that's consider cloaking your affiliate link.
As long the destination link did use the aff link, you will be no problem converting.

Thanks for reply, but after I cloak the affiliated link this way, the offer is not mobile friendly anymore. It suppose to be one layout for desktop and another layout for mobiles. How are you guys cloaking your affiliate links?

The first link you provided "http://lnkgo.com/2910" is that the link directly from the network? If so i've noticed some affiliate links will display different landing pages depending on the device your viewing it from.

yes that's the direct affiliate link from adworkmedia offer. Right now I am using url frame ( don't know the exact term). Basically I register a domain from freenom and redirect the domain to the affiliated link. Problem with this is, after I cloak it, the link is no longer mobile friendly.

Hmmm... No problem but are you sure? Then your CPA network is under control of the "mobile friendly" or "desktop friendly" lander, they take charge of redirecting your traffic to either of them.
Because certainly, by default most lander are optimized for just either mobile or desktop.
You need to contact your AM for this.
