Are here any affiliate program managers with experience in Click-through nexus?
I'm trying to understand our tax obligations as a business who have affiliate partners in different states.
For example, if I'm as a business have a nexus in CA, and my affiliate is from NY, however, the sale happens in FL- does that create a click-through nexus for me in NY state or FL state?
