Are you trying to say that you would like to accept card payments on your website?

The easiest option would be Paypal as you can also accept payment via card through Paypal.

I would like to accept card payments on website and pay pal , but mostly cards, with form to write cards details, how can I do it

Let paypal take care of that for you, you would a secure server and a merchants account to be able to accept DC & CC.

Paypal will take care of everything and for small numbers of transactions it will be the cheapest way for you to go.
