Budget setting for a campaign

Hi there, i have a few question:

how do people set budgets for their campaign? what i do is look at the payout offer and then set a limit for each keyword, for example: if an offer pays $60 and i am going for an roi of 100% i would set a limit of $30 for each keyword, once it reaches this and has no conversions i will delete it. if it converts before the limit i will let it run.

is this a good way of managing keywords

Does anyone else have a different method and how well has it worked?

My not pro in aff, but i usually set like 1.5k budget on an offer that pays 6 bux. I don't do keywords, i just go ron and optimize from there. Sometimes when keywords don't convert you get discourage and giveup.

No not yet, i was promoting the dojo, but i think 7search is best suited to email and zip submits. i will be doing email submits on 7search just to get experiance and more importantly get to grips with tracking
