bing device targeting

I know I have done this before but I cant seem to find where to set a bing campaign to just have desktop traffic

I just set up a new campaign but the affiliate doesn't allow mobile traffic and therefore my landing page isnt optimized fro mobile

But I cant seem to find where I can set my campaign to just accept desktop traffic

I know bing combined mobile and desktop traffic by default but is there a way to separate them

I think your only option is bid modifiers. Pretty sure Bing no longer offers them separately.
