The traffic statistics per country can be seen on the advertisers panel Create campaign > select geo and move it to the right by clicking >> button. You'll see the available traffic and prices per 1K.

I would not recommend Admonb for beginners as it is HUGE traffic source and would probably be overwhelming. Also creative approval is very strict.
