Try Adsbridge or Prosper202 if you want it to be free, else try voluum or thrive(they have 30 days trial). I personally use voluum and do tend to use it.

Voluum had free account option some month ago but unfortunately now they dont offer that. So you can use prosper202 if you cant afford Voluum. If you're sending huge amount of clicks make sure you have a good server. Good Luck
