Your average rates are rather good for traffic from India.
Looks like you are using popunder & one more ad format.
If you'll check the stats filtering by Type you'll see the ad format that generates higher revenue (and then try grouping by Country).

I use also interstitial ads for my links, but earnings are a bit less. With the popunder I got much higher rates.

Same to me, as I can not use Ad Sense. Ad Maven is a really good option.
