I personally like Facebook Ads, and for a few good reasons. The first is that there are over a billion users on Facebook and you can create ad campaigns that really zones in on your audience based on their demographic (age, location, interests etc).
Another reason why using Facebook for affiliate offers is great is that you don't need to worry about landing pages and quality scores. You can also throw up a ton of ads really fast and close out the ones that aren't performing well and focus on the ones that are getting clicks and leads. FB Ads is one of the best ways to drive a ton of traffic without having to invest a lot in the ad creation/targeting process.
I also recommend you start with a very low daily budget and ad spend, as Facebook has an insane amount of traffic and can blow through thousands of dollars in a couple hours, if not faster!
