Best Forum Software?

I have a pretty large community on Twitter/Facebook for a niche I'm dominating right now and I am thinking about starting a forum to bring them all together and get them off the social media sites where interaction is pretty limited. I know K uses vBulletin here at CPAFix and we're using Xenforo on our PeerFly Forum, but what other good forum software is out there that you know of? Anything better than the ones I've mentioned. I haven't created a forum in years

Nope vBulletin is the best used it for 5 years almost - but stick to v4!

Also Xenforo is real nice but not great for rankings.....go with vB and inbox me if you need a hand/JV!

I used to use phpBB, but I feel it's outdated and ugly. Thanks for the recommendations though

I've decided to move forward with XenForo for now and if I notice ranking issues I may switch to vB. Thanks everyone
