I just want to clarify this:
This is a registered brokerage but there are global restrictions to citizens/business in the restricted regions as quoted above. Every country has its own security laws and licensing procedures with qualifications.

I am not saying anything good or bad here -- just that you will have leads from these *restricted* countries rejected for the above stated reasons.
