Job Description

Global e-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving the overall e-Commerce strategy across multiple functions and product offerings. Responsible for leading e-Commerce activities throughout the worldwide organisation, including with Business units, distributors and customers.
Key responsibilities

-Develop a digital transformation strategy and road-map that support our overall business model.
-Develop and optimise the digital business processes, identify and utilise synergies between business, communications and its enabling technologies.
-Develop a structured Programme Management framework for the effective roll-out of e-commerce projects.
-Coordinate and support local implementation projects in ASSA ABLOY Hospitality globally and ensure sharing of best practice.
-Lead the e-commerce steering committee and advise the seamless flow steering committee and senior management on project health, risks and key issues.

The Successful Applicant

A self-motivated, strategically minded, customer-centric team player, the individual will work closely with many different functional areas to deliver e-Commerce capabilities which drive business growth and enable excellent customer service to our clients. The Global e-Commerce manager will provide leadership for the e-Commerce environment, including project and programme management.
Requirements

-A track record in implementing e-commerce strategy & overseeing adoption.
-Experience in leading e-commerce implementation projects (complete lifecycle).
-Experience & in-depth knowledge of e-commerce tools & platforms, including integration protocols.
-Expert in project management.
-English language fluency required and additional fluency in a major European language is a bonus (not required)..
-Have experiencing working in a global organisation with geographically-dispersed, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.

What's on Offer

Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus package
International travel required
