I can't tell you the accurate # of my earn but it's 4-digit income. Most of the offers I run is skincare product on FB on CPM mode. So my CPC varies from campaign to campaign.

Of course not allow ~ i use a cloaker,yes,skincare products convert on mobiles.

To scale up your business to a new level, you need to hire someone to do the routine job for you. Or you can easily buy it. You can find lots of offers for fb ad accounts on this forum. Let's talk on skype for more detail dude.

Q1, It's possible to have succeeded campaign for tier1 Geo like US, but not on low payouts, in my experience.
Q2, I haven't tried toolbar ads so you need to try it for yourself to tell if it works.

1, You can create FB page and gain likes, then use it to do paid post.
2, You can create FB accounts and warm up for sale.
3, You can join many fb group to post your offer (which is risky for kicking out by the group owner, so do post in group with topic that related to your offer product)
4, Run fb ads to promote your product.

There is no way to target an exact group audience man.
In fb ad campaign creating, you can target age, sex, interests etc, or exclude/include ppl who likes your page.
My suggestion is to find the age range/ sex / interest in common and then target those ppl. Hope this helps.
