Are there any CPA networks allow incentived traffics?

I am quite a newbie to CPA and understand that most of the network don't allow incentivized Traffics? I am looking for good CPA network that provide PPL (pay per lead) through incentivized traffics, if any at all.

Yes there are alot - you just have to check each offer and what it's allowed for but check some out

Just a note, we do not work with new websites. Your site will need to be established and have a good rank to be approved. Submit an app and we'll review it though. Doesn't hurt to try.
