is there any networks that has such a smooth gateway set up etc as CPALead?

I like AdvertMarketing for single offers, last month I promoted one of their offers "Free 2 Delta Airlines Tickets" converts very well for USA, its an email submit, $1.50 per lead. Made around $4K USD. They do have content lockers too, but I'd rather promote this little jewels.
Very helpful AM's and prompt weekly payments.
