The PMA (Performance Marketing Alliance) has posted a Summit Update about the organizational meetings they've had at the event and shared some thoughts on the PMA Q & A session that got pretty heated. Overall they sound very pleased and appreciative of all the support they have received at Affiliate Summit.
Carsten at Revenews shared his feelings of frustration about the PMA Q & A session, which from what I hear had lots of people upset and at odds with each other. We all want the same things: a cleaner, better industry, solutions for the NY tax problem and a way to head off any other efforts from states that may try to follow suit. I don't understand why we can't all work together.
Zac posted a Day One Recap and a summary of some of the sessions he attended including: The State of Ad Networks, Anatomy of a Great Affiliate Program, PPC Super Affiliate Strategies You Must Know. He also has some great pics including one of the Affiliate Summit Road Rally.
