I am not sure how and where to promote it. That is why I am asking for somebody whith experience in this kind of product that gives me a piece of advice.

Give the book away free on Twitter with links to sell your other xcamfiles files maybe.

Selling any adult content on PayPal is forbidden --many horror stories on that one.
