I Found an offer which converts at 50,62% and pays out 0.40$ after email submit .
The design is very simple and clean , its created with nice images and big buttons and big texts .

It's an offer to "test" a phone .
Do you think this can convert aswell for me ?

On which aspect of the website should i look ?

What should be my minimal budget to start ?

I am not a fan of email submit offers because eventually the advertiser will eventually "scrub" your leads. You can be making one day, and then the next your conversions will mysteriously drop down to 10%. They are really not worth the time.

Minimal budget is whatever you can afford, but I recommend at least $25+ a day budget to get sufficient data.
