Hey, you guys! My name is Yunna and today I’ll share some tips with you about the qualities of a good AM.

1)First of all, it’s communication. Only those who are friendly, know how to negotiate, and are ready to make concessions can easily create an impressive base of partners for successful work.

2)Willingness to work hard. Given the fact that partners are located in different parts of the world, you need to be ready to be in touch regularly. Answer all affiliates’ questions, help them with any cases, and be their support almost 24/7. However, it won’t be a problem if you have item number 1 (see above)

3)Responsibility. Most of the AMs work remotely and it’s important to have internal self-motivation and responsibility in relation to partners and work as a whole. Don't be lazy and take things seriously, because it's work. Even though it’s so damn exciting thing to do.

4)Patience. We are all individuals and have our personalities. Remember, sometimes a partner can be in a bad mood, but it’s okay. But it’s OK only for them, not for AMs. Don’t forget that we are the nicest people in the world.

5)The gift of persuasion. The affiliate world is quite a competitive environment and every day we fight for the right to provide the best deals on the market. The goal of AM is to convince the partner that the terms of cooperation with us are the most favorable on the market.

As you can see, nothing complicated, just a few simple rules. A drop of patience, a bit of endurance, and a ton of enthusiasm - the perfect mix for the best AM. Just follow me
