    Thanks for the replys I was just wondering what the form affects as my mum is currently off work due to being ill and has benefits. I work full time and I have already submitted the form on commission junction (big error there) . Will it affect her benefits?

    Hi guys I have been accepted my commission junction which is awesome but I have a problem with the payment. I need to fill out a W-8BEN form. I don't have a clue what this is. :( it is also asking for a foreign tax identification number where do I find that? Many thanks ross
