    I myself set them up on a domain of own choosing and sent traffic through it. It cleaned up the traffic a bit and makes the EPC/CR look better and might be better concetrated traffic.

    Depends on precisely is needed on your end from them. Best CPA Networks | mThink This is a list that some people care about, i would say that is more mainstream and big network. Small ones can in some ways be just as good but have limitations otherwise.

    You need to make sure your coding is redirecting everything to https, if anything stays or is at http it won't show. Also make sure that you're host has set it up correctly.

    Most advertisers won't tell other advertisers how to generate traffic. If you do traffic, you can ask the networks you work with for help as they make more when you make more. Are you an advertiser or a traffic guy?

    FB has been very aggressive with banning people, so it's getting harder and harder to work with them. So you just have to stay on top of the game, and learn fast to stay alive on FB :)
