Richads are good if you looking for traffic, but you should definitely first try AdMaven or Propellor, they are both the strongest networks, especially for push traffic.
You should never pay cpm for push as networks send tons of push, even when users arent actually seeing the ads. That way you pay for every impression.
The only network who in my opinion avoiding making advertisers paying on cpm is admaven, they charge only by cpc as should. no engamamnt - no...
Affiliate marketing is just like any other skill, it takes time to work up towards. You need to be proficient in advertising, customer targeting, etc. It may seem easy but it definitely isn't.
