@Taher Kumar after testing a lot on popads and popunder networks I have seen that page loading time is the most important factor. An average popunder is closed within 2-3 seconds. So you need to take care of the page load time. I suggest you create a pre-lander so that it can convert.

I tried Popads with an adult PPL offer from Crakrevenue. I got 2500 views but 0 conversions. CPM was 0.003 didn't use any landing pages.
