How to use voluum for your own offers
You just need to add the clickid in voluum to your amazon aff link but I don't think amazon support this. At which point should the conversion fires? -

How do i track CPM on voluum
No Tracking System can do this till now, just use CPC tracking and calculate an CPC after a few days. For exact analytics you alwys need an extra excel sheet. -
Error setting campaign in voluum
you have to use the Tracking URL that voluum shows you if you edit a campaign. If you click through your Landingpage without clicking on the voluum tracking link first, then you get the 400 error. cheers
