Well not sure where you saw "_" but for SUB ID 1 you need to use #s1#, for SUB ID 2 use #s2# and so on...

Here they are to make it easy for you, Screenshot by Lightshot and Screenshot by Lightshot but if you want to find these tokens for any network which uses cake (most use). Just click on any offer and go to testing and tracking tab, there on that page you can see all the tokens network supports.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
