Exoclick Ad CTR really low!

Hi, Anyone else has this issue? On TrafficFactory and TrafficStars my average ad CTR is ~0.18 - 0.20%. On Exoclick I barely reach 0.10%, and I have tried literally everything. - using popular ripped ads - using creative unique ads - blacklisting lots of domains and zones - removing categories...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
