Personally I make sure offer works before choosing it, Test it yourself , Ask your AM for recommendations i wont spend a penny on an offer i dont know anything about and weather it will convert or not .. Campaigns have clicks but no conversion....
Check out competition , from my understanding it is possible the guy on 1rst bid dont run traffic in times when you get traffic , rest of times hes the one getting all the traffic , about others try getting high traffic urls keep testing them you will find a few , out of every 10 urls you`ll...- kjrocker

One of the best question , dont make a mistake of doing that on your computer you use regularly if you have a spare one use that or get a windows vps with remote access , for adware i know LI ads run on nexgen . about countries if your ip is from usa it will show us ads if uk it will show from uk- kjrocker
