There must have been some type of "red flag" with your registration. Maybe they just require it for certain countries. I didn't have to send in anything.
That is always a risk, even with a course, but the fastest and best way to learn in my opinion.

I agree with Sam. I started out with Prosper202, but now run everything except mobile through CPV Lab.
The split and rotation options alone made it worth the price for me.
I think Lead Impact has more international than both Direct CPV and Media Traffic.
