Your best option would be to approach a few CPA networks -> apply as an advertiser -> load funds on your account -> let their publishers to start promoting your offer.

YeahMobi is paying pretty high for their CPI offers. However I would also consider trying out many more network and split test traffic because some network might convert better than the other (even though the payout is lower).

I would recommend you to choose a well-known CPA Network to run your offers or you might get into this trouble. I beleive that support is one of the most important factor of a company and if that's not in place I wouldn't personally work with them.
You should get some proxy servers like HMA Pro and use a Mobile Emulator Software to check their landing pages and spy on their ideas.
