Do you have any idea how to detect the name of ad network that is delivering ads on particular website?
For example TheBlaze.com
sometime they have pop under ads, and I'm looking at their code and having problems pinpointing the right script responsible for it.
Is there a Chrome extension...
If you want to promote a specific product from the marketplace you should contact the product owner/creator and ask for banner.
Check if they have an affiliate or jv page on their website.
Zaxaa (or any other service like that) is not responsible for promotional assets for particular product...
I'm using it for about 1,5 year. Very good service.
Example: at the end of the year there was a problem with VAT MOSS for EU sellers.
They have responded very quickly and updated their service before it was required to have.

As an affiliate (doesn't matter if CPA, CPS, or other) you don't sell the product and you are not responsible for taxes.
The only thing is to check how you tax service in your country treats such an income, but this has nothing to do with this new VAT hell from EU.
