    FB is a tought nut to crack when it comes to standard affiliate offers :) Even when running in a whitehat way, they will eventually ban you for pushing affiliate offers based on negative feedback. There are a few safe verticals thou, app-installs is one - you can try promoting some games...

    I'm using pretty much all of them, each has some pros and cons, I can't really say that I have a favorite there. Its like this : exo has a ton of volume and great targeting options, but the quality is a hit or miss, especially with their RON. Trafficjunky has good quality, but they don't approve...

WIFI can work too in theory, but the conversions are almost always so poor, that it doesn't make sense to buy that traffic at all for PINs.     PPV or POPs can work with dating, but this traffic type is known for pretty frequent lead quality issues. PIN submits would be a better choice for sure - pair it with a simple Landing Page and the results can be good. I know a lot of affiliates is also sending mobile POP traffic to smartlinks...

    Facebook has pretty strict rules, if you product breaks them ... well you need to cloak but that's a never ending battle with a pretty strong counterpart - you will be loosing accounts on the fly. It can be profitable, but I personally dont do that, I don't like cat&mouse games :)
