50% recurring monthly commissions

I'm looking for an affiliate program who pays out 50% or more on recurring monthly commissions. Not one time payouts. Anyone know of anything that meets this criteria?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
