Broad match with bad lander gets clicks. With professional one and exact match, no click at all. I don't want to go broad, since advertiser says calls are irrelevant.- Speed23

How do I trigger clicks?
I don't know if this should be the right question. I'm trying to send flight calls. Keyword has 8k search in US. Google says top of first page bid is 0.78. I did $2.20/click, but didn't get any impression and clicks. When I click eligible, it shows "... ad low quality rank...". What is wrong...- Speed23
