Yup do agree with Mike. Call only apps helps to minimize your budget. You don't need to pay any huge for driving one lead. So better to research and find a good ads networks for your campaign.
Well, you can use the direct affiliate link in bing ads but you have to follow some TOS. For example, no popup and auto play video allowed in bing PPC. Better use landing page so that you can collect leads and your leads make them follow your sales funnel.

This is actually depending on your offer. PPCall suitable for local marketing in where PPC is the global basis. Actually you can drive quality traffic by using both of them. I personally like PPCall. Because the big sale is only possible by PPCall.
