I'm pretty sure they all do that when set up to use a landing page if I am understanding what you wrote correctly.
The first would be landing page click through rate, the second would be your conversion rate.
The keywords should show up in real time. It should only show unknown if 7search didn't pass the info for some reason.
Make sure that you are not using an old URL in 7search from before you set up the keyword variable correctly in voluum. If the URL doesn't have &keyword=###KEYWORD### somewhere...
That is 1 annoying problem with Voluum currently, there is no way to manually update click costs.
They are supposed to be working on it, I don't know why it was not planned from the very beginning.

Leave it as ###KEYWORD###, 7 search will enter the actual keyword.
Set it up in voluum exactly as it looks in the screenshot above, that should track all keywords.
